Snacks on the go

Wanting some easy snacks on

the go that are not high in calories sugar or fats? watch this video For some ideas. I am all for promoting good wholesome foods without artificials, however sometimes we need something quick if we are unprepared. So here are a few of my favourites but I encourage having carrots, celery, fruits etc whenever possible. Message me if you have questions.
